Pot roast, roasted rosemary potatoes, vegetable medley with broccoli florets,
whole green beans, yellow squash and red pepper strips and corn muffins.
Dessert: Apple Dumpling with Cinnamon Sauce
Holy Wednesday, March 19

Shrimp, mushroom and artichoke casserole served over rice, spinach salad
with mandarin oranges, toasted almonds and sliced red onions served with
balsamic vinaigrette dressing and homemade rolls.
