Provides intervals of strength and cardiovascular training for all fitness levels.
The Circuit Training Class is taught by Dale Brady in the Aerobics Room located on the 2nd floor of the Activities Bldg.
Meets on Tuesday and Thursday 4:00-5:00 or 5:15-6:15. Also Saturday 8:30am-9:30am.
$5.00 donation per class or $35 per month.
