Registration Forms
Dear Parent,
Thank you for your interest in the Parents’ Day Out program at Second Presbyterian Church.
Our Fall/Spring session is open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:45 to 2:45. We accept children starting at 5 months through 5 years of age. You may attend PDO one or two days per week. The tuition is $100 per month for one day a week and $200 per month for two days. A $40 per child or $60 per family non-refundable registration fee is required with the registration form. No form will be accepted without the fee.
The registration dates are in February of each year for the summer and fall/spring. We register children in the following order.
- Registration open only to existing students and siblings
- Registration open to existing students and siblings and 2PC church members
- Registration open to all
We do accept registrations throughout the school year based on availibility.
