Kids Konnection

The place to be on Wednesday nights is Kids Konnection. This will be over an hour of fun, music, games and a message for 2nd - 6th graders. Our goal is for the children to have fun at church and hear about God in creative ways. All grades will meet in the gym and pick-up will be in E111. The 6th graders are invited to join our 6th grade staff and serve as leaders for the Kids Konnection Group. Interested 6th graders, please call the Children's Ministries office, 454-0034, ext. 128.
Rainbows for All God's Children

Rainbows offers peer support, not counseling or therapy, for children living in a single-parent or step-family home. The program consists of 9 sessions, which includes a closing celebration. Small groups of children in similar age groups meet weekly and share an activity that focuses on their specific needs. The groups are led by trained adults. Rainbows is open to children from age 4 through 6th grade. The cost is $20 per family and early registration is encouraged. Your child will participate in a creative, fun-filled hour of music, movement and story time with Mrs. Terri and volunteers. All choirs will present a special children’s concert in the spring. You may drop off your child no earlier than 6:15pm and pick them up by 7:40pm. There will be a short parent orientation meeting in D111, January 6 from 6:10 – 6:25pm. Choirs for 2nd – 6th graders will continue on Sunday evenings (Must be 3 years old by April 1, 2009).
