Classes currently being offered:
Circuit Training Class – Provides intervals of strength and cardiovascular training for all fitness levels.
The Circuit Training Class is taught by Dale Brady in the Aerobics Room located on the 2nd flooor of the Activities Bldg.
Meets on Tuesday and Thursday 3:45-4:45 or 5:15-6:15. Also Saturday 8:30am-9:30am.
Fee: $5.00 per class or $35 for month.
Tai Chi Class – Suitable for all ages, its gentle, circular movements benefit even those with chronic health conditions.
Come join Linda Ross, certified instructor and discover this joyful way of exercising.
This class help your balance, flexibility, coordination and range of motion. Tai Chi relaxes the body, reduces stres and develops patience, focus and concentration.
Meets on Monday and Thursday – 11:30 – 12:30 in the Aerobics Room.
Fee: $5.00 per class (discounts by the month)
