Bible Studies
A Mother’s Heart is designed to help equip mothers of children from birth to 3rd grade for their demanding job by providing encouragement as well as promoting spiritual growth and commitment through prayer and Bible study.
This spring A Mother's Heart will be studying Give Them Grace: Dazzling your Kids with the Love of Jesus by mother-daughter team Elyse Fitzpatrick and Jessica Thompson. This book gives a revolutionary perspective on Christian parenting. It shows parents how to receive the gospel afresh and give grace in abundance, thus helping children not just to be "good", but to know the love of Jesus and respond with heartfelt obedience.
A Mother’s Heart meets Thursdays 9:00-11:00 a.m. Class begins on January 19, 2012
Compass is designed to equip women with the foundations necessary to raise the next generation with a biblical Worldview in order that adults and children alike can wear the whole armor of God now and for generations to come. This year the study will re-examine The Truth Project. Be prepared to be introduced to the truth claims of God in a fresh way, and to be reminded that the Christian life is not what we give to God, but what God gives to us.

Renew will study the Psalms this year in a study entitled “Feasting on Angel’s Food” a Banquet of the Psalms. The laments and praises seem to echo the cry of our own hearts, giving form, volume and expression to our feelings. Reading the Psalms is like sneaking a peak at the diary of “everyman,” whose heart is laid bare
before the Lord.
Renew meets Wednesdays 6:30-7:30 a.m. Class resumes on Wednesday January 11.
The Walk is a weekly Bible study for women of all ages. Come walk with us through a study of Christ’s Riches: Our Reality – A Study of Ephesians and Hebrews, deepening your roots and strengthening your faith in Christ. We’ll gain peace and practical wisdom that we can apply to our walk with our families, work, and friends. Hebrews will be studied spring semester.

After Hours is a weekly evening Bible study for women of all ages. This year’s study will be Christ’s Riches: Our Reality – A study of Ephesians and Hebrews.
After Hours meets Tuesdays 5:30-7:00 p.m. Hebrews begins on Tuesday, January 10.
The Women of the Church Circles meet for Bible study, fellowship, prayer, and service. Our chief aim in studying Scripture is to grow in grace and knowledge as we are being conformed to the image of our Lord Jesus Christ. Our study book this year is entitled John by N.T. Wright.
Women of the Church Circles meet monthly at different locations and at different times depending on the circle.
