We will be working with Berclair students during the weeks of July 9-20, from 8:30am-12noon. There are many opportunities to serve so please pray to see where God leads you to serve.
The opportunities are for 8-10 assistants to move throughout the morning to the different activities with the kids and assist the lead teacher; 1 more lead grade teacher for the K-1st grades; 1 recreation coordinator; 3 recreation helpers; 1 art coordinator and 1 music coordinator. They meet with participants on Wednesdays from 11am-12pm for 12 weeks. The next Jobs for Life Class will begin on June 13, July 25, Sept 19 and Nov 7. You may miss 2-3 Wednesdays if you need to. If you have a passion for helping the unemployed or work with inner city adults or have the gift of encouragment please contact Kim at kim.blankenship@2pc.org to learn more.
Advance is also looking for more lunch providers who would bring lunch for about 20 students M-F at 12. Call to schedule a day you can lunch!
