Rejoice Music Arts Camp 2024
Kids at Second Youth Music
Music at Second is excited to announce the fourth annual Rejoice Music Arts Camp this summer for students in rising 3rd through 9th grades! The camp will be held daily from 10am to 3pm.
There are two different sessions this year:
- July 8-12 at Second Presbyterian Church
- July 15-19 at RedZone Ministries
- Piano
- Guitar
- Percussion
- Strings (Violin, Viola, Cello)
- Brass
- Voice
- Dance
- Visual Art
Each day of camp, students will receive group training in each chosen area of study from our music staff, Second Conservatory of Music teachers, Sunday night musicians, and other qualified instructors. Training will include instruction in basic technique, beginning ear training, making music with others, leading in worship, and building a Christian view of music and the arts.
The cost to attend is $185 per student (fee includes t-shirt and daily lunch).
At Rejoice Camp, we aim to cultivate an inclusive environment and extend our full support to students with intellectual and physical disabilities. As resources allow, we hope to offer additional support upon request, in hopes that all who attend our camp can flourish.
