2010 World Missions Conference Speakers


Paul Borthwick, Keynote Speaker              

Paul Borthwick is a frequent world missions speaker, both here in the U.S. and around the globe. He has written 15 books, most of them on missions. Rick Warren has called two of his books “A Mind for Missions” and “How to Be a World-Class Christian” a must read for every Christian.

In the past he has spoken at the International Lausanne II meeting and at a number of Urbana Conferences. His international speaking has taken him to campuses and conferences in Holland, Malaysia, South Africa, Manila, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Mexico, Nigeria, and Taiwan.

Paul serves on the staff of Development Associates International, a training group dedicated to the character and ministry development of leaders in the under-resourced world.

Paul is married to Christie, a microbiologist, Christian Counselor, and staff member of Development Associates International. Their home is in Lexington, Massachusetts.


Judy Mbugua, Missions Luncheon Speaker              

Judy Mbugua Judy is Founder Member and National Chairperson of Ladies Homecare Spiritual Fellowship. She is currently serving as the Continental Coordinator of PACWA (Pan African Christian Women Alliance). She is also the International Chairperson for Women of Global Action. Judy is a lecturer at Haggai Institute for Advanced Leadership, an ExCo Member of World Evangelical Alliance Women Commission. She is also past National Chairman of World Day of Prayer — Kenya.

The Lord has used her to speak at many national and international conferences, sharing the platform with Anne Graham Lotz, Elizabeth Dole, May Feng, Jane Hansen and General Eva Burrows (Ret).

Married to Mr. Richard Mbugua, they have five adult children, and they are the proud grandparents of seven, four girls and three boys.
