Fitness Center/Exercise Classes

Our Recreation Building has a fully furnished fitness room with fixed weight machines, free weights and 13 stations for cardiovascular workouts, plus a stretching table. Also, we have a rubberized 1/12 mile walking track.

Monday 6:00am - 8:00pm
Tuesday 6:00am - 8:00pm
Wednesday 6:00am - 5:00pm
Thursday 6:00am - 8:00pm
Friday 6:00am - 7:00pm
Saturday 7:00am - 2:00pm
Sunday Closed


Annual
membership donation of:
$85 for individuals and $125 for families

Current Classes:

Men’s Strength and Conditioning Class
Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, 5:30-6:30pm
$15 per class, or buy 4 get 1 free.

This class includes a combination of strength and circuit training, movement efficiency, and injury prevention. The emphasis is on increasing overall fitness, gaining muscle mass, and improving cardiovascular endurance through weight exercises and high intensity intervals. Class led by Austin Bates, Recreation Coordinator. Austin holds a CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Designed for college age through mid 40's.

Classes are first-come first-serve and have a max of 6 men in order to maintain the small group class structure

 

Carpool Cardio & Strength Class
Mondays and Thursdays, 8:15am sharp!
$5.00 donation per class or $35 for month.

Provides strength and cardio training for busy moms. Join us after you take your kids to school for this fun-filled 45-minute fitness class, followed by a 15-minute devotional and prayer time. The fitness portion is taught by Dale Brady in the newly renovated and expanded aerobics room located on the 2nd floor of the Sports and Recreation Building.

Prayer portion is led by members of the class.

(First week in September through First week in May)

 

FitFusion
Wednesdays, 8:30-9:30am
$5 donation per class

A combination of strength, cardio and core exercises focusing on total body strength and endurance. Followed with stretching, devotion and prayer. Led by Adrienne Hillyer in E201 (upstairs in the youth and recreation building).

 

Circuit Training Class
Mondays and Thursdays, 4:00-5:00pm
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:15-6:15pm
$5.00 donation per class or $35 for month.

(August-May)

Provides intervals of strength and cardiovascular training for all fitness levels. The Circuit Training Class is taught by Dale Brady in the Aerobics Room located on the 2nd flooor of the Activities Bldg. Meets on Mondays/ Thursdays from 4:00-5:00pm and Tuesdays/Thursdays from 5:15-6:15pm.
