The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of their unique gifting and will have found their voice, thus enabling them to lead with confidence. He or she would have served in some capacity in a school or church as either an Assistant Director or Director.

Audio Visual Director
Second Presbyterian Church is seeking a highly motivated creative individual with strong communication and organizational skills. This individual would be responsible for sound, lighting and video applications to support the mission of Second Presbyterian Church and its related ministries. Second places a high value on excellence and offers a competitive salary based on experience.
Key Skills/Competencies:
- 2-3 years experience in both live and studio sound mixing
- Ability to recruit, train and lead a team of volunteers
- Strong people skills that enable working well with clients and co-workers
- Proficiency in multi-track recording techniques
- Video experience, including familiarity with Final Cut Pro is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities Include:
- Weekly production of 30 minute prerecorded television broadcast
- A/V support for the worship services of Second
- Overseeing A/V for special events and conference weekends
- Maintenance and repair for A/V equipment on campus
- Overseeing A/V improvement projects
- Directing outside vendors/freelancers as needed for audio and video projects
