Divorce is one of the two most powerful crises that can happen in a person’s life-the death of a spouse being the other. Our Divorce Recovery Program offers an environment in which people can deal openly and honestly with the issues that come with the end of a marriage. Each week there is a lecture from one of the staff psychologists at the Christian Psychological Center followed by small support group discussion.
The topics include: self-esteem, discouragement, children and divorce, coping with your ex-spouse, letting go of the past, and forgiveness. There is a registration fee of $30.
