Team Formation
- We primarily make rosters based on how many coaches we have, friend requests and numbers of kids per team. Please indicate up to three friend requests on the registration if you have preferences. We will do our best to have each kid be on a team with at least one friend request.
- Please Note: Even though we spend lots of time and effort to create teams that accommodate requests, you are NOT GUARANTEED to get your friend request(s). Our hope is that your child will have to opportunity each season to play with some kids they know and to make some new friends. Sports provide a great opportunity for kids and parents to both enjoy current friendships and make new friendships. We hope you are able experience both of those through 2PC.
Participation Capacity
- Our program has grown significantly over the past couple years. This season we will cap our enrollment in each sport based on court availability limitations. Once we reach our cap, registrants will be added to a waitlist.
Multiple Team Sign Ups
- 1st - 6th grade boys and girls are not allowed to play for their school team and for a team in the ESCRA league (which 2PC's teams participate). This is mostly applicable to boys and girls in 4th-6th grade that have school teams.
Kindergarten Sign Ups
- If your child is in kindergarten, please make sure you sign up for the correct age and program (JK or SK). JK is generally 4-5 yrs old and SK is generally 5-6 years old.
Email Communication
- Please make sure that the email that you register with the email that is the best one to reach you. We send out all of our preseason communication via email, so you will miss out on all updates if this email is incorrect.
Refunds
- We do provide refunds during the open registration window. Once uniforms are ordered, refunds are not guaranteed. If there is an extenuating circumstance that requires a child to drop from the sport, we will consider refunds on a case by case basis.
Scholarships
- We do not want finances to be a barrier for anyone participating in our program. Please email to inquire about scholarship opportunities.
