Tim and Huilan have served on the field in Taiwan and across the East Asia region for over 15 years. At this stage of their ministry, their primary focus is leading their respective ministries and developing staff to cultivate future leaders. Tim spends most of his time leading their regional agency arm while also serving as the Academic Dean of a seminary in the region. Huilan serves in a leadership role with the Parakaleo ministry, which provides care and support for pastors’ wives throughout the region through city visits, cross-city ministry, and regional gatherings. Huilan praises God that over the past year the ministry has seen pastors’ wives become increasingly willing to walk alongside one another through Gospel truth and shared life, with many experiencing personal transformation by the Holy Spirit. Additionally, two women in Taiwan have become certified Parakaleo trainers and are now leading their own monthly cohorts.

Pray for successful leadership development and succession of both in their agency’s field leadership and national partnership leadership roles.

Pray for the persecuted church in East Asia, particularly their national partners in the house church network.

Pray for the four new interns who arrived during 2025, that they would adjust and thrive in the new culture as they begin their ministries.

Pray for the continued healing, restoration, and spiritual growth in the lives of the pastors’ wives who participate in the Parakaleo ministry.
