Theological Education & Discipleship
Teaching theology for discipleship and teaching in a seminary are the primary focus of Virginia’s ministry. She teaches 5-6 three-hour classes per week each semester. This takes place in one of East Asia’s largest cities. Additionally, she coaches church leaders preparing them for worship and meets with individuals and students seeking counseling and consultation. These efforts are expanding to more remote locations as well and to a broad range of “team” members including seminaries, lay leaders, and local churches. Lastly, she continues to work on theological teaching materials.

Pray for the needed resources to get the new translation of the theological teaching materials published.

Pray that Virginia maintains health and physical strength to continue the work, especially with increased workload and traveling.

Pray for safety, wisdom, and stamina for Virginia and other workers in an unstable and challenging environment, especially their plan to expand the scope of the teaching ministry.
