Media Outreach and Member Care  

Norm and Ruth Ann are Team Leaders for Pioneers stationed in France, with their ministry focused on Europe and providing operations support to the Pioneers Media ministry. Their ministry involves Arab World Media, a digital platform that engages Muslims interested in or seeking the truth of Jesus Christ and caring for other missionaries on the field who have been sent by Pioneers, an organization empowering gospel-driven Christians in the pursuit of the unreached. Each ministry under the umbrella of “Pioneers Media” has seen significant growth in the past year, with over 450 professions of faith and new churches planted in several places across the Arab world. Ruth Ann, who provides Field Member Care for Pioneers workers in Europe, has served as a trusted listener and mediator in several challenging situations, offering prayerful support through relationships built over many years.

2026 Prayer Requests

• Pray for wisdom and discernment for Norm in his role as Director of Operations for Pioneers Media, that the administration “behind the curtain” would serve to advance frontline work most effectively.

• Pray for Spirit-led care as Ruth Ann speaks into many Member Care situations, both among Pioneers workers in Europe and increasingly within their French denomination and French church.

• Pray that Norm and Ruth Ann will daily “abide” in the Vine and that their service for the Lord would be an overflow from them being with Him.
