EcOp uses their unique Shepherds Work program model to deliver exceptional workers to courageous employers to reduce recidivism and increase economic mobility, self- sufficiency, and living-wage income. The Shepherds Work program model aids justice- involved adults in gaining living-wage opportunities, enhanced decision-making skills, and goal-oriented habit development to achieve family restoration and the promotion of social justice in communities. Shepherds serve worker-participants by acting as a personal life coach, workplace mentor, advocate, spiritual guide and advisor, collaborative problem solver, and many other roles.
