Repairing the Breach reaches youth, preparing them to become global, multigenerational leaders through their leadership academy. RTB recently expanded its services into Hickory Hill, with programs impacting Southwind High School and Highland Oaks Middle School. Students who attend these schools can enroll in RTB’s in-school leadership academy. Those who complete the course work, many of whom were formerly considered on the expulsion list, demonstrate improved behavior at school. RTB’s mission is to instill spiritual, social, and academic values in Memphis youth.
