Jonathan lives in India working with Development Associates International (DAI). He is blessed with a wonderful family—married to Sharon with three young daughters. Though the family lives in India, their work extends beyond the borders and has enabled ministry and relationships in other South Asian countries. Jonathan trains and mentor’s teachers and leaders in the faith while also teaching at church, running retreats, leading sessions on marriage and family, just to name a few areas of service. This past year, amongst many other accomplishments, Jonathan ran several youth camps in various churches, led a training course for leaders in DAI on spiritual formation, and finished leading his 20th leadership course reaching 500 people. In addition, Jonathan was a member of the selection committee that helped select the new president of DAI.
Prayer Requests:
- Praise God for the successful completion of a long process toward adoption of their youngest daughter Priya. Pray for her continued growth and adjustment to her new family.
- Pray that God might give more of the gift of encouragement to his church in India.
- Pray for encouragement, strength and wisdom for families struggling through persecution.
