Although the Youngs live in India (and have for 18 years), they are Asia regional leaders for United World Mission. They oversee teams and workers in often difficult and religiously closed countries around the continent. Another part of the role is expansion possibilities. Finding new places that are good fits for UWM to place people. Right now, southern Bangladesh is an area of real interest for them! They recently got back from a trip visiting, and it was great to get others’ input as they learned about the situation there. They feel that they have taken two steps forward and one step back in trying to get things moving in the Middle East. They have recently connected with a church in their new home city to continue developing a network of local relationships.
Prayer Requests:
- Pray for possible ministry expansion to southern Bangladesh.
- Pray for building deeper relationships with nationals in their city.
- Pray for strength and stamina for health during very busy seasons.
