Second has supported the agency which Michael helps lead for over 10 years. Recently, Michael and Maria became personal partners with us. He grew up in a Christian home and attended church regularly, but did not know the Lord personally. When he was 16, someone clearly explained the gospel to him, and he put his trust in Jesus. He became interested in international work while in college and began exploring opportunities. In 1990, he felt the Lord leading him to work with Muslims in SE Asia, where he has continued to serve with wife, Maria. Michael reporst that in 2024, there were 43,563 personal gospel presentations; 1,337 people accepted the Lord; 318 new believers baptized; and 285 house churches were meeting weekly.
Prayer Requests:
- Pray for him as he trains church members to share the gospel with Muslims.
- Pray for God to prepare the hearts of Muslims to be open to hear the gospel.
- Pray for their library ministry which draws Muslims in to borrow books to read and provides a safe space to share the gospel.
