Summer at Second

As we look ahead to summer, we’re excited for a season when slower schedules create space for all ages to connect and spend time together. More details and registration links will be shared soon, with updates throughout the spring—so mark your calendars and stay tuned!

Gathering on the Grounds

We will kick off the summer with Gathering on the Grounds on May 3, where we will gather outside for fellowship, live music, burgers and hot dogs, and worship starting at 5:00pm on the Poplar Turf Field! Also, as an end to VBS week, we are having another Gathering on the Grounds on June 7! Mark your calendars for these fun summer nights.

Frozen Casseroles from our kitchen

Starting June 1, our kitchen staff will be offering a variety of frozen casserole and soups for purchase and pick-up this summer! Come by anytime on Monday-Thursday from 10:00am-2:00pm to pick one up—great for a neighbor gift or meal to keep on hand. Credit, debit, or check only; no cash please.
