On Sunday, July 6, we're doing things a little differently!
Combined Worship SErvice
We’ll begin the day with one combined morning worship service at 8:15am (nursery available for children ages 5 and under). There will be no 11:00am service that day, so we hope our usual 11:00am crowd will set an early alarm and join us for this special gathering!
Sunday SChool Hour
During the Sunday School hour, our regular adult, youth, and children's Sunday School classes will not meet, and the nursery will close. Instead, everyone will gather in parish groups from 9:45-10:45 for a special time of relaxed fellowship and service! We'll complete the Lord's Day with evening worship at 6:00.
For this inaugural Sunday School gathering, we'll be making treats for the homebound members of our parishes. We'll have coloring sheets and stickers for the youngest groups, cards for all ages to write encouraging notes on, and succulents to be potted—all gifts will be delivered by parish members to bless those in our church family who cannot be with us on campus. Sign up to deliver to your parish.
Parishes will be grouped together and meet in the following rooms:
- C310: Audubon, Sea Isle, White Station, Laurelwood
- PDS Cafeteria: Graham/Waring, Waring/Mendenhall
- C100: Normal Station, Belle Meade/The Village, Highland
- Fellowship Hall West: Richland, Parkway/Graham, West
- Fellowship Hall East: Kirby Woods, Shelby Farms, Germantown
This new rhythm is something we plan to do four times a year, giving our whole church family a chance to connect across generations and bless others as we do!
