Each Sunday in January, we will hear from a guest pastor during morning and evening worship on themes related to and discussed in Luke 4 as Jesus begins His public ministry. Join us these Sundays for worship as we refocus on those things which Jesus made a priority in His ministry, that we might make them a priority in ours.

Damon Conley
January 4
Damon is an Assistant Pastor at Second Presbyterian Church in Memphis, TN. He was born and raised in Memphis and trusted in Christ at a young age. He earned a master's degree in Christian Studies from Union University while serving as an Associate Pastor in youth ministry at Berean Missionary Baptist Church. Damon is married to his high school sweetheart, Erika, and they have two sons and one daughter.
Ali Chambers
January 11
Ali Chambers is currently the Lead Pastor at Mosaic Church. Ali and his wife Anetta have 3 boys. Nathan, Samuel '21, and Benjamin '24. He earned his BS in Biblical Studies at Central Baptist College, and a Master of Divinity at Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary. He is a proud graduate of CBHS 1999.
Justin Varughese
January 18
Justin Varughese is the Lead Pastor at Fellowship Memphis.
George Robertson
January 25
Dr. George W. Robertson is the Senior Pastor at Second Presbyterian Church in Memphis, TN. He earned his baccalaureate degree from Covenant College, his Master in Divinity and Master in Theology degrees from Covenant Theological Seminary and his Doctor of Philosophy degree in Historical and Theological Studies from Westminster Theological Seminary. Before coming to Second, he served as Senior Pastor in Augusta, GA, pastor in St. Louis, and as lecturer/adjunct professor at Covenant Theological Seminary. George is married to Jackie, and together they have four children.
