All Church Event
Join us on February 25–March 1 when we'll hear updates about what God is doing around the globe and how we can become even better partners in His mission.
As of February 23, conference registration is closed for adult tickets, KidMission, and nursery reservations. However, all adults are welcome to attend any session and other weekend activities at no cost, but we have only planned meals for ticket holders. Keynote Speaker: A. Mitchell Moore
We’re thrilled to welcome back former Second Pastor A. Mitchell Moore as our speaker for this year’s conference! Mitchell has served churches in Memphis, Indonesia, and Texas, and now lives in Southwest Colorado, where he leads church planting and a hospitality ministry called The Dwelling. He also works with the Center for Reformed Theology in Indonesia and is completing doctoral work at Reformed Theological Seminary. Mitchell and his wife, Lisa, have been married over twenty-six years and have four children. We can’t wait to hear from him during the conference!

KidMission: Nursery Through 5th Grade
The conference isn't only for adults! This year, kids will learn from the very first missionary, Paul, and the book of Romans that ALL Christ followers are called to take the good news of the gospel “into the darkness.” We’ll hear from missionaries from our very own congregation who are preparing to deploy to the mission field and will immerse ourselves, with them, in the cultures they’re moving to. Get ready for an immersive time of games, crafts, snacks, and exploring what the book of Romans teaches us about sharing our faith!
Volunteer for KidMission: We would love your help on Friday or Saturday of the conference! As a volunteer, you will help your group travel through the already prepared stations that the Children's Ministry has set up. See time slots available and sign up below.
Evening of Worship with Laura Story and Jordan Kauflin
Finally, don’t miss the closing of the conference at evening worship on Sunday, March 1, led by guest artists Laura Story and Jordan Kauflin. For decades, they have gifted the Church with beloved songs like All I Have Is Christ, Indescribable, Blessings, and Come Unto Jesus, and we’re thrilled to welcome them to Second for this special night of worship. The duo will be joined by special musical guest Kirk Whalum. This concert is free to attend.
Sing with Laura and Jordan: We invite you to join the worship choir for Laura Story and Jordan Kauflin at the grand finale of the World Missions Conference on Sunday, March 1, at 6:00pm. Whether you’re an experienced singer or just love to lift your voice, this is a wonderful opportunity to be part of something special. All ages, 7th grade and up, are welcome to participate.
